Solution

We have made upgrades to the Account Center and you will need to reset your username and password.

To log in you will need to click the 'forgot' password link at my.mirahost.com and the system will issue you a temporary password.

To log in with this temporary password, use your email address as the login id.

Here you can pay your invoices and if you want you can reset your password and set a username.

It is suggested that you do reset your password because the temporary password only allows one login to be made and you will need to request a new password for a future login if you do not set one yourself.

Additionally, please note that if you do set a password your login id will then be your username and not your email address. The email login is only for one time access, which adds extra security to you account.
